Join me for a personalized 30-minute trial Japanese lesson designed to assess your current Japanese language ability and understand your learning goals by conducting a brief evaluation of your speaking, listening, and comprehension abilities. This session will help identify your strengths and areas for improvement. We’ll also discuss your specific goals and interests to tailor a study plan that suits your needs. The first step on your journey towards Japanese mastery starts here! Note: This session can only be redeemed once per person! If you have already taken this trial lesson, you will be unable to take the same trial lesson again!
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact me via e-mail at "holly@okonomigal.com". Ensure you provide your name, lesson date, and order reference. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are free of charge. You can reschedule or cancel your lesson without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged 50% of the initial order. This fee is to compensate for the time and preparation of the lesson. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson without sufficient prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the initial order. No refund will be issued for missed lessons. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee at my discretion. By scheduling a lesson with Okonomigal, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Shows policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
