Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact me via e-mail at "holly@okonomigal.com". Ensure you provide your name, lesson date, and order reference. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time will be fully refunded. You can reschedule or cancel your lesson without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be refunded 50% of the initial order. This fee is to compensate for the time and preparation of the lesson. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled lesson without providing sufficient prior notice, no refund will be issued. Everyone's time is valuable, so I kindly ask that you inform me as early as possible if you're unable to attend. This ensures that I can accommodate other students and maintain a smooth scheduling process. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee at my discretion. By scheduling a lesson with Okonomigal, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Shows policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
