This English Conversation Practice course is designed to help learners enhance their speaking and listening skills through engaging, interactive sessions. Whether you're looking to improve your fluency, expand your vocabulary, or simply want to feel more comfortable speaking English, this program offers the perfect environment for growth and development. In each session, learners will have the opportunity to practice real-life conversation scenarios, covering a wide range of topics from daily life to specific interests. The sessions are tailored to address common challenges faced by English learners, such as pronunciation, intonation, and the use of idiomatic expressions. With the guidance of Holly-sensei, learners will receive constructive feedback and personalized support to help them communicate more effectively and confidently. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a lesson, please contact me via e-mail at "holly@okonomigal.com". Ensure you provide your name, lesson date, and order reference. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are free of charge. You can reschedule or cancel your lesson without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged 50% of the initial order. This fee is to compensate for the time and preparation of the lesson. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson without sufficient prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the initial order. No refund will be issued for missed lessons. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation or rescheduling fee at my discretion. By scheduling a lesson with Okonomigal, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Shows policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
